Support is available after installing the free EZ-OUT software.

Through the EZ-OUT help file, you have access to EZ-OUT Support Knowledge Base containing answers to all known issues. The Support Knowledge Base is continuously updated.

By typing a combination of keywords, describing the nature of your problem, you receive an assortment of possible answers.

Should none of these solve your issue, you can use the mail form included in the Knowledge Base in order to more thoroughly describe the nature of your problem.
