EZ-OUT Knowledge Base contains descriptions of cases that customers have requested support for, and the solutions that we recommend.

Use the search engine to access Knowledge Base information. This maximizes the chances of finding similar cases to yours.

If you cannot find the specific information you are looking for, Knowledge Base also provides a channel for you to send your case to ReadSoft Support by e-mail.

Basic Search

In the Search for box, type one or more words that are relevant to the subject you are searching for.

Matching results appear in order of the likelihood of their relevance, based on your search parameters.

No answer matched my query

If you still cannot find the information you are looking for, you can send your query to EZ-OUT Support by clicking No answer matched my query.

Type the requested details in their respective fields. Please provide as much relevant information about your query as possible. Questions with insufficient information result in a longer processing time, if they can be processed at all.

Then click Send. The case will be assessed by Support at the first available opportunity.

Questions not related to the use of EZ-OUT will be disregarded.
